Tracfone’s Return and Exchange Policy

Tracfone offers a 30-day return policy for all phones. To return the phone, it must have been purchased from the tracfone.com website. The phone must be in good working order and include everything that came with it, including the packaging. If the returned phone meets these requirements, Tracfone will send you a refund by no later than 30 business days. Tracfone does not offer free return shipping.

The exchange process is the same. You have 30 days from the time of purchase to exchange phones or accessories for something else. If the new phone or accessory you plan to purchase costs more than the phone you are returning, then you must pay the difference in price.
