CVS Shipping Policy

Prescriptions ship for free anywhere in the United States. You can also expedite shipping for prescriptions. Non-prescription items ship for free if the order total exceeds $49. All other orders cost $5.49 to ship. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, but it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to appear.

CVS Return Policy

Unopened items that are in new condition can be returned to any CVS store with the original receipt or packing slip within 60 days of purchase. You may be asked to present a photo ID. Items can also be returned by mail. Get in contact with a CVS customer care representative to arrange your return shipment.

CVS Pharmacy Price Match Policy

If you can find a lower price for an item sold at cvs.com, get in contact with a CVS customer service representative to arrange for a price match. Price matching is only available for the exact same item and must be requested within 7 days of your order date.

How to Redeem a CVS Pharmacy Coupon Code

To redeem a coupon code at cvs.com, select all of the items that you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
