Sam’s Club Return & Exchange Policy

Sam’s Club accepts the return of items(some exclusions may apply) at any time. You can return your item(s) in two ways: By bringing it to a Sam’s Club or by shipping your item back. For help with your item return, call 1-888-746-7726 with your order number and Member Services Associates will assist you.

To start your return process through SamsClub.com, log in and go to “My Account” then “Order History.” Click the order for the item you plan to return. Alternatively, call the Member Service Center at 1-888-746-7726, follow the prompts for “SamsClub.com” and “returns.” make sure to have your membership number and order number on hand.
