What Is Gopuff’s Return Policy?

If you need to change or cancel your order, do it immediately after you have placed it by calling 855-400-PUFF. If you ran into a problem during delivery, like receiving the wrong items or not getting your package at all, but you were still charged, you can call the customer service line to get a refund. The money will be routed back to your bank account or credit card in three to five business days.
