Hertz Car Rental Booking Policy

You can hire a vehicle from Hertz by going to the website and choosing your pick-up location and dates, then follow the quick reservation process to complete your booking. Your vehicle will be ready for pick at the location and dates that you selected.

Hertz Car Rental Cancellation Policy

Hertz will let you make changes to a reservation up to two times: (1) online with the ‘Modify/Cancel’ reservation page and (2) by calling the internet helpdesk.

Any changes to the reservation may affect the rental charges. If a prepaid reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the pickup time, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. If the prepaid reservation is canceled within 24 hours before the pickup time, a $100 fee will be charged. If the customer does not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, the entire amount will be forfeited.

No refunds are offered for early returns nor credits for unused rental days. refunds can be claimed for No Shows/Lost Rentals if you file a refund claim within 90 days of the pick-up date. Address your refund claims to
